Ongoing – 6 coaching sessions of 60 minutes each, within a period of 3
months through virtual meetings

The time of the coaching meetings will be determined by the Coach and the
Client as per mutual convenience.

(This Program expires if the total numbers of sessions are not completed within
the 3-month period. Extension of 15 days will be given in special circumstances.)

Forever Young

Group Health Coaching, Exercise & Mindset Training Program

This is a multi-dimensional group health coaching program, which includes exercise, mindset training, pranayama, meditation and kriyas.
  • Stay motivated by learning health and spiritual concepts through
    mindset training (first 15-20 minutes).
  • Learn from texts such as Yoga Sutras of
    Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita, Vedanta texts and modern self-development techniques.
  • Build physical health with all four aspects of exercise, which includes flexibility, strength,
    cardiovascular and balance (45-50 minutes).
  • Activate parasympathetic nervous system through breath work (Pranayama),
    meditation, candle gazing and mindfulness practices.
  • Strengthen your vagal tone by certain yogic kriyas, mantra chanting and humming.
  • Build sustainable habits and a sense of connection with like-minded individuals – Access to ‘Self Love Club’ WhatsApp community.
  • Past participants say they feel lighter, lost physical weight, released mental
    baggage, are happier and feel a sense of purpose after joining the program.
  • Suitable for all age groups. Classes are conducted live.
  • Recordings shall be made
    available only for 48 hours.
